How To Straight Hair Like A Pro

Hello lovelies, sorry I've been MIA lately as I've been busy with college and exams..
I love the straight hair look and I've been going over products to achieve that pin straight hair look that models wear on the runway. They look soo neat and chic..don't you just love it?

Yes, it does damage you're hair but a lot less, when you compare it to permanent straightening where they use a ton of chemicals! It causes a lot of hair fall and the style gets dull and monotonous after a while. You can't go in for curls or big hair do once you get it done. I don't see the benefit there...unless you have unmanageable hair and no time to straighten it.

Getting to the main part of the post, these are the products that I use to achieve this look;
Herbal essence dangerously straight shampoo and conditioner:

Osis flatliner
Osis Sparkler Shine Spray
Tresemme heat protecting spray ( you can use any product that has an inbuilt heat protection in it )
Philips straighter

I wash my hair with herbal essence dangerously straight after oiling my hair with a mixture of coconut and almond oil. This preps your hair by making it soft and smooth. Once I wash it, I condition my hair with the herbal essence dangerously straight conditioner. I let my hair air dry or dry it partially with a blow dryer at the roots only. Once it's 2/4th dry, I spray the Tresemme heat protecting spray and Osis flatliner all over my hair and brush it with a wide tooth comb, this spreads the product evenly throughout the hair.
 It is essential that you use a good heat protecting spray, if you don't want to damage your hair from the straightening process.
After this, I section my hair thrice using a large clip. The more number of sections, the more effective the straightening. I turn on my Philips hair straightener and let it get heated for a few minutes. Once I'm done sectioning my hair I use a small toothed comb and straighten my hair slowly, in small parts when it is partially dry. This kind of straightening keeps the hair straight for a maximum of 3 days when compared to blow drying and straightening. If you have extremely curly and frizzy hair I suggest you do blow dry it with a brush first.
I go over ever section of the hair around 3-4 time to make sure it's straight. Once I'm done straightening it thoroughly I blow dry the roots, so that there is no dampness in the hair that causes it to frizz later. After the blow dry, I use the Osis shine spray to set the hair and give it a good amount of shine. You can apply an anti frizz serum to keep the look throughout the day.

Hope you guys love the look :)
And do mail me if you have any questions.
