Strobing The New Contouring
Instead of rounding up your best shading hues, dig out all your illumination products for strobing the inner goddess in you.
What is strobing?
Strobing focuses exclusively on highlighter, applied where light would naturally hit your face (so, your cheekbones, brow bones, the center of your forehead, down your nose, and on your chin.) Dabbing on these soft, shimmery shades will make your complexion look radiant, fresh, and healthy while giving you an ethereal that is sure to turn heads.
How to strob?
Strobing may be easier than contouring, but it still requires precision and is about more than just adding shine to your face. Here's how to do it:
1. Moisturize skin with an intense moisturizer and prime it with an illuminating face cream or a sunscreen, I use the L'oreal sunscreen.
2. Use a light weight foundation or a tinted moisturizer and conceal for an even complexion.
3. Swipe on your highlighting powder on places where light falls naturally; the cheekbones, bridge of your nose, temple and below the brows for a luminous complexion.
4. Apply a neutral shimmer eye shadow on your eyelids and finish of with a layer or your favorite mascara.
5. Complete the look with a blush, neutral glossed plump lips and spray on fix+ to seal the look.
Hope you like the look :)
